Our family loved the spacious room with a view over the courtyard, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Lisbon. The hotel's close proximity to public transport, dining, and family-friendly attractions made it easy for us to enjoy quality time together.

My wife says that having a small fridge in the room would have been useful for keeping snacks and drinks handy for the kids.

Recently opened hotel with new, clean facilities. Friendly staff willing to help. Good coffee at breakfast. Nice river view from room. Convenient location near castle. Good wifi, TV must be on for it to work.

Being close to the Sao Jorge Castle allowed us to beat the crowds and enjoy the sights without the August rush. Additionally, the staff was extremely helpful in providing information on public transportation options to explore further away.

The rooms were quite small, making it a challenge to store luggage for an extended stay. It would have been helpful if the hotel had been more upfront about the limited storage space.

The hotel is located in the heart of Alfama, which made it convenient to visit all the main tourist sites on foot. The hotel itself is excellent - very clean, well-equipped, and modernly designed. The room was comfortable and had air-conditioning and soundproof windows. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there were many cafes and restaurants with fado music nearby. Highly recommended!

The comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep, and the breakfast spread was delicious, with high-quality products and efficient staff. I also had a lovely experience at the bar, where Rita steamed off the label from the bottle of port I enjoyed and created a beautiful memento for me. I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, convenient location, and comfortable accommodations.

Attended an amazing event organized by a youth center. The hotel is in a fabulous location, close to everything except parking. The building is stunning, renovated with original charm.

Loved the central location in the Alfama district, steeped in history and a must-visit for any tourist. Adequate and comfortable rooms with a view of the inner courtyard. Plentiful and varied breakfast options. Helpful staff. Fantastic dining experiences with recommendations from the hotel. Great water pressure and hot water in the bathroom. Extras like bottles of water, kettle, and tea/coffee selection in the room.

The hotel is located down the narrow alley in a not-so-clean neighborhood, but it is very close to the famous historical tram E28. The rooms are spare but warm with facilities like a coffee maker, mini fridge, and hair dryer. The breakfasts are very good, and the hotel has a beautiful patio and convivial public spaces including an intimate bar.
